Amount

Full package: round-trip economy flight + 4-night hotel + complimentary registration; Partial: flight + registration or hotel + registration; Registration-only: complimentary main conference registration

Eligibility

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts; statement of need (≤300 words) required; decisions by end of March.

Deadline

Abstract submission deadline; for 2026 cycle it was December 2025; for 2027 cycle expect fall 2026 opening

Application Requirements

Submit abstract + apply for fellowship during submission process; do not register or book travel until notification (reimbursements are not provided).
