Trainees with full-time status enrolled in a nutrition-related programme, or within 8 months of having received their degree, from equity-deserving groups (BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+, people with disabilities). Undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral trainees all eligible.
At the time of abstract submission (typically late January)
Signed letter on letterhead from the supervisor confirming trainee status and that no other funds are available; 300-word personal statement demonstrating financial need and career benefit. Both uploaded at abstract submission.
Reviewed confidentially by the EDI committee. Selection balances training levels and conference streams.
