Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows currently enrolled at an academic institute at the start of the meeting.

The Scholarship Deadline posted for the specific meeting; applications open about 6 months before the meeting

Application Requirements

Submit and pay for an abstract ($50 USD nonrefundable abstract fee), complete the scholarship application, and have a Mentor Letter submitted on your behalf. Poster abstracts form the basis of the award decision.

Notes

One award per applicant per meeting year (July 1 - June 30). Only one award per lab is allocated. Receipts required for reimbursement, issued 4-6 weeks after the conference.

Location: Rotates globally (2027: Whistler, BC; Breckenridge, CO; etc.)

Research match: Small focused meetings across molecular and cell biology, metabolism, epigenetics and cancer — several editions per season align with the metabolomics, biomarker and precision-medicine programmes.
